The two-piece design of the Cleveland 40-202 wheel offers a significant maintenance advantage. The wheel halves are secured together with a series of through-bolts and self-locking nuts. To change a tire, a mechanic simply deflates the old tire, removes the through-bolts, and separates the two halves, allowing the tire to be removed easily by hand.
