Returns And Exchanges

POLICY ON RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets. Items must be unopened and uninstalled and all paperwork must be returned.


Fill in the return request form attached to the order if the order was a core exchange. If not, obtain the form by emailing or calling us. Email is below in the footer.


Attach a copy of the sales order or invoice. Your refund will be returned to the original method of payment once your return passes the QC/QA process.


Send the parcel to the return address provided in your return authorization paperwork.


After you have sent the parcel, please add the return tracking information to your return order within your Buyer Portal.

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange



Buyers have the right to return most purchased items within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date the items were delivered. If the item was purchased from a Seller who provided Seller Fulfilled Shipping (SFS), the item will be returned to that Seller. If the item was purchased and Fulfilled by AirParts, the item will be returned to an AirParts Aero distribution facility. The items can be returned if their original properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved. Items cannot be returned if they were removed from the original OEM packaging or if they were installed on an aircraft, unless the item is defective. This is standard in the aviation industry. It is the installing mechanic's job to determine that the part(s) being ordered are the correct parts and are ordered for installation in accordance with (IAW) the aircraft's illustrated parts catalog (IPC) and/or the aircrafts Repair and Service Manual (RSM).

Prior to ordering, if the installation mechanic is having issues confirming part eligibility on a specific airframe, it is recommended that the installing mechanic contact the manufacturer to confirm part comopatability. AirParts Aero offers technical support to installers to assist in confirmning the part viability.

To return the items, Customers must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form. All paperwork, trace paperwork, and other documents also need to be returned.

 Rules on returning and exchanging Items with identified problems defects:

Buyers are entitled to notify the Seller or AirParts Aero of any discovered defects and request the Seller or AirParts Aero to rectify them within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of the receiving the Items from the AirParts Aero's or the third party Seller or the Seller's representatives. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.

Customers have the right to refuse to take Items and ask for a money refund. In this case the Items must be returned to the AirParts Aero or the Seller, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

To return the Items, you must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.

Core Exchange returns must be sent back to AirParts Aero by customer shipping or if Airparts Aero or the Seller provide an electronic return label, than AirParts Aero and its Seller(s) are responsible.
